How to add a printer on a Windows Laptop:
1. Click Start
2. In search bar, type \\print\printername (Example:  \\print\libup2)
3. Hit Enter.
4. If asked to enter credentials, enter your SAU username in this format:  arbor\ab123456 and then enter your SAU password.  You must include the arbor\.

Chromebooks (Chrome OS):  Wireless printing not available at this time.  Try these alternatives:  1. Save your document AS A PDF to a flash drive.  Insert the flash drive into the USB port on the printer to print.  Need a flash drive?  Ask at the Circulation Desk.  We have extras that you can borrow.  or  2.  Sign into one of the computers in the computer lab and print from there.

OTHER TIPS:

• Use SAU Student wifi
• Make sure your document page size is Letter 8 ½ x 11
